I’m not sure how Taew feels about my collections.
My parents are retired and not having anything to do, they got into antiques and Hot Wheels.
Someone they knew had a large collection of Hot Wheels they wanted to sell off so they purchased a large chunk of it.
This got me started with collecting them. I had Hot Wheels as a kid. Now, I have well over 1000 of them. Our spare bedroom is covered in them and the closet is full.
Last weekend my parents were in town. The local hot wheels and diecast group (T-Town Wheelers) were having a show and my parents came down with some of their collection to sell.
Taew and I joined them at the show to help out. I tried to sell some of my collection but only sold a single car.
After the show, my parents came to our house for a bit and we played dominoes (double 9). I won of course.
